Order, pay & return.


Did you find one or more items in our webshop which you should definitely have? Yes! Let’s rock that outfit! Select the right color and/or size and click on ‘add to cart’. That’s where it starts! Still want to look further to see if your outfit is complete? No problem! You can always go back to your cart by clicking on it.

Finally found everything you need? Let’s buy! Click on the cart to check your items. Double check if you selected the right colours and sizes and click on the button ‘pay’. Now you can fill in your personal details like this:

  1. Invoicedetails:
  • Fill in the adress where you want to receive your items.
  • We recommend to select ‘create account’. It saves time for your next order because we will save your personal details. When you created the account, the next time you can log in top right. Your items will be delivered at your chosen adress.
  • Do you have a couponcode? Add this code at the part ‘do you have a couponcode?’


  1. Check your order.
  • Check if you selected the right size and colour.
  1. Payment.
  • Select your payment methode. You can pay with PayPal, Giropay, iDeal, MisterCash, bank transaction and Visa/Mastercard. When you choose for iDeal, please select your bank.
  • When you complete your order, you will be referred to the safe payment website who is responsible voor the chosen paymentmethode.
  1. Place order.
  • To complete your order you have to agree with the terms and conditions.

After you clicked on ‘place order’ you will complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation email from us.

ATTENTION: After you completed your order you can not modify anymore, because your order will be taken care of immediately so that you can receive it the next day!


IDeal, Giropay or Mistercash/Banktransaction.
When you have permission for making a banktransaction, please select your bank to make the payment through iDeal, Giropay or Mistercash/Banktransaction.

You can pay directly with Visa card or Mastercard.

You can pay directly with PayPal. When the payment is being delayed, we will send the product right when we receive the payment.


Is the item not really what you expected? Too bad, but those things happen! Please report your return by sending an e-mail to info@lilymoonwomen.com and mention your name, order number, product and preferably (not required) the reason of return. After that you can send your product back to us (at your own expense) to the adress below. We have to receive the return within 14 days.

We will refund the total amount of the product(s) within 7 days on your bankaccount.


Do you need another size or do you prefer another colour? Exchange your item as explained above and please let us know which size you need. If the item you need is in stock, we will send it to you free of charge.

ATTENTION: Don’t forget to mention your order number, products and reason of exchange.

After you signed up your return, we will take care of sending you the right size/colour. (Provided that it’s in stock)


When we received your return, we will send the credit note per mail. You can expect your money on your bankaccount, creditcard or PayPal account within 7 days.

  • When the item is used or damaged we can not take it in return.
  • De costs of the return will be for sender.
  • When we received the return, we will refund the money back to you within 7 days.
